Free the Hops!

Today in the Alabama House bill HB373 was passed. This allowed the ABV to be raised from 6% to 13.9% in the entire state. If you wish to listen to the audio feed of the bill being debated and voted on you can here. The BIR passed with a 57 yea and 31 nay votes and the actual bill passed with 49 yea and 37 nay. Now to move on to the Senate if they will ever pass some bill this year! Hopefully we can Free the Hops in 2009!
